The Insurance Pad, LLC is always looking for our next great teammate in our Beachwood Ohio office (hybrid position will be considered for the right fit).  If you are a coachable, friendly person who is good with customers and has at least one year of customer service experience and/or sales experience, you may be a good fit!  A property/casualty license is preferred, but not required. 
 
We are a team of people helping people. Our independent insurance business is based on the relationships we build within our Team, our clients, potential clients, our community and the companies we work with. As an independent insurance agency, we work for our clients, not one insurance company.  We call our team members “protection coaches” and the career position is about helping people understand and buy personal lines insurance in Ohio such as auto, homeowners, renters, motorcycle, RV, boat and pet insurance. 

Our hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:30 – 5:00. You may be asked to attend early morning, evening and an occasional weekend meeting for either networking or to support local and community events.
